SOMATIC EXPERIENCING®
This holistic, evidence-supported, body-oriented method addresses the physical symptoms of trauma and cumulative stress. Residual effects of trauma and on-going stress can feel "stuck" in our bodies, reduce our flexibility and move us towards feelings of rigidity. Somatic Experiencing® (SE) provides a framework to assess where you may be "stuck" and helps increase your capacity to function with more resiliency and ease. Clients often report
feeling less physical constriction and more comfort in their body, improved communication and relationships with loved ones, and a greater ability to manage stress and feel more confident and mentally focused.

Touch, physical movement and verbal feedback are part of this method and clients remain dressed in comfortable clothing. This intentionally slow and gentle process aims to promote better nervous system regulation through increased awareness of physical sensations and patterns, not to re-tell or re-live traumatic events or details.

This work is helpful for anyone who has experienced stressful life events such as medical trauma, caregiver burnout, life or career transitions, divorce, loss or grief, or our current worldwide pandemic.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A customized blend of orthopedic massage, myofascial release, and stretching techniques with focus on the soft tissue surrounding joints and the health of the joints. The goal is to encourage pain-free range of motion by restoring muscles to their healthy resting length and releasing restrictions from fascial adhesions. Good for treating common orthopedic conditions stemming from repetitive strains, sports injuries, postural imbalance from poor work ergonomics, chronic pain, scar tissue from surgery or traumatic injury.

Choose a 60-minute treatment if you have one or two specific areas that need attention. A longer, 75 or 90-minute treatment is better suited for addressing three or more areas of focus, or if you desire a deeper relaxation experience.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE
Oncology massage is the adaptation of massage techniques to safely nurture the body of someone affected by cancer and cancer treatments. This is a safe and effective treatment during active cancer treatment, recovery and survivorship.

Many cancer patients require long-term massage modification. As a trained oncology massage therapist, Andrea has an informed understanding of the pathophysiology of cancer, the side effects of cancer treatments, such as medications, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, and can adapt massage techniques to safely meet the changing bodywork considerations during and after treatment.

CO-ACTIVE COACHING®
This transformational process supports intentional change and helps develop or enhance positive personal habits. This work is helpful for people who know or have an inkling of a direction they want to go, but feel unsure or "stuck" about how to get there. In the Co-Active® Coaching model, the client determines the destination and the coach helps flush out a road map and maneuver blind spots or road blocks.

This supportive, explorative, accountability process incorporates curious dialogue, mindfulness exercises and perspective shifting techniques which help clients develop clarity, self-awareness and confidence to navigate change and transition with more ease, empowerment and engagement.

Co-Active Coaching® is a supportive resource to assess and make personal decisions about career or relocation options, develop healthier lifestyle habits, or discover or deepen awareness of your personal values and intentions.

SLIDING SCALE
Inequity gaps are often found in healthcare and self-care therapies. Unemployment or underemployment, rebuilding life after a period of instability, being part of an under-resourced community, or financially struggling to meet basic needs should not be a barrier to anyone seeking services like therapeutic bodywork.

My service fees are listed above and I ask that those who can pay the set rates, please do so. If you can not, you are no less deserving of self-care support. If we are a good fit, please propose a fee that feels congruent with your current financial situation.

TIPS & GRATUITIES
Tips and Gratuities are never requested or expected. However, if you are inspired and are financially able to include a gratuity, all additional payments are used to "Pay It Forward" and help subsidize sliding scale appointments for folks who have limited access to my work due to financial challenges, inequities, or inequalities.

Any amount is greatly appreciated and you can include a "Pay It Forward Gratuity" when you pay for your appointment.

PAYMENT
Cash, check or credit card are accepted. A pre-payment option is also available online. Touchless credit card processing on the Square platform is available in person.

INSURANCE
HSA and FSA cards are accepted and receipts provided. Please check with your HSA/FSA provider to verify that massage services are covered under your plan.
