You need not arrive early for your first appointment, but please do arrive on time. The office is located on the second floor directly above Rhino Chiropractic.  

When you schedule on-line, the system will intuitively prompt you through the booking process and send a confirmation email. New clients will also receive an email request to complete a secure, on-line, HIPPA compliant intake form.

A password protected account can be created for the on-line scheduling portal. This provides additional security for client health forms and notes, and allows you to view and amend appointments, check credit or gift certificate balances, and send communication to the office. Rest assured that your email and account information will not be sold or used by any third party providers.
