After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email and the second email is a request to complete a secure, on-line, HIPPA compliant intake form to be completed before your first appointment. You need not arrive early for your first visit, but please do arrive on time. The office is located on the second floor directly above Rhino Chiropractic.  

Once you are an established client, you can schedule appointments on-line with the MassageBook Scheduling system. The system will intuitively prompt you through the booking process and send a confirmation email.

A password protected account can be created for the on-line scheduling portal. This provides additional security for client health forms and notes, and allows you to view and amend appointments, check credit or gift certificate balances, and send communication to the office. Rest assured that your email and account information will not be sold or used by any third party providers.
