SCHEDULING
- New clients: please call 484-764-5056 or email Azimasomatics@gmail.com to schedule an appointment. Initial sessions are scheduled for 90-minutes.
- Established clients: For in-person sessions, please use the on-line booking system by clicking the "Book Now" button found on this website or call/text 484-764-5056.
- Virtual appointments: To schedule virtual Somatic Experiencing® sessions, please call 484-764-5056.
No need to arrive early for your appointment, but please do arrive on time. The office is located on the second floor directly above Rhino Chiropractic.
When scheduling on-line, the system will intuitively prompt you through the booking process and send a confirmation email. New clients will also receive an email request to complete a secure, on-line, HIPPA compliant intake form.
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life (and illness) happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible so your spot can be offered to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 36 hours notice will be billed 100% of the session fee.
Illness-related cancellations are also subject to this policy, as these are some of the most common reasons for last-minute changes and it is not possible to fill appointments on short notice.
Thank you for understanding. This cancellation policy helps me maintain a sustainable practice and offer consistent availability for all clients.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, clients remain responsible for the full session fee.
No Show: If you forget or chooses to forgo your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be billed the full session fee via a Square Invoice.
Illness
I work with a diverse population, including individuals who are immunocompromised or have elevated health risks. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, sore throat, headache gastrointestinal issues, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

Scope of Practice
My work is intended to support stress reduction, stress management, pain reduction, relief from soft-tissue tension, and increased somatic awareness. Sessions may include physical touch, movement, and verbal dialogue. I am not a licensed mental health practitioner or physician. I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medications, or provide spinal manipulation.
My services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Confidentiality
Client information is maintained within a HIPPA-compliant electronic system. Privacy and confidentiality are strictly upheld unless disclosure is required by law or court order. Written permission will always be obtained before any information is shared with another healthcare provider
Massage Work Draping
Clients receiving massage will always be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel. Only the areas being treated will be uncovered. Breast and genital areas will always remain draped and never massaged.
Somatic Touch Work
Somatic Experiencing clients remain fully clothed at all times. Somatic touch work is gentle and consensual, and is not intended to manipulate or force change in muscles or soft tissue. It may include: practitioner touch (with explicit consent), guided self-touch, or gentle movement or positioning.
Sliding Scale
Sliding Scale fees are intended to help bridge inequities often found in healthcare and self-care services.
I believe financial challenges such as unemployment or underemployment, rebuilding life after a period of instability, being part of an under-resourced community, or financially struggling to meet basic needs should not prevent someone from receiving supportive care.
My standard rates range from $110 to $150. If you are able to pay the full fee, I ask that you do so in order to support the sustainability of my practice.
If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to propose a fee that feels realistic and congruent with your current financial situation.
Pay It Forward Tips & Gratuities
Tips are never expected. However, if you choose to include a gratuity, all additional payments help subsidize sliding scale sessions for clients who might have limited access to my work due to financial challenges or systemic inequities. Any amount is greatly appreciated. You can include a "Pay It Forward Gratuity" when paying for your appointment.
